Pan-Seared Salmon Steaksheart
Ingredients:

4 salmon steaks, about 5 ounces each
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
juice of 1 lemon



Directions:

1. Season the salmon steaks with salt, pepper and lemon juice then drizzle with olive oil.

2. Pre-heat the oven to 350º.

3. Place an oven-proof sauté pan large enough to accommodate all the steaks over medium-high heat. Add the salmon and sear for 3 minutes per side. Then place in the oven to finish cooking for 5 to 10 minutes depending on the thickness of the steaks.
